Sales Manager Lighting (f/m)

- Establishing new as well as developing existing customer networks with the aim of building long-term relationships with stakeholders in the lighting industry
- Achieving profit and sales targets by managing a constant sales project pipeline - from preparation and negotiation to contract closure
- Creating and implementing a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans
- Monitoring and analysing the market and competition including identification of new market potential and follow-up of business opportunities
- On-site monitoring of projects
- Relevant sales experience in the project business, ideally in the lighting or hi-tech solutions industry
- Strong commercial skills and proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with good communication skills and the ability to execute corporate goals
- Aspiration to work as part of a team and maintain a positive can-do attitude
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; Relux/Dialux is an advantage
- Full professional proficiency in Serbian and very good English skills
