Sales Manager - Russia & Ukraine (m/f)

Belgrade 

Your Tasks:

  • Leisure Key Account (focus on luxury operators) as well as
    S/M Account Management in Russia and Ukraina
  • Maximizing revenues by pro-activity and strategically
    targeting clients
  • Deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of
    Russian/Ukrainian clients and customers
  • Achieve sales targets and generate new business for
    hotels
  • Working close with hotels to understand hotel's strategy
    Organization & participation of client events
  • Representation of local, regional and international fairs,
    workshops and events
  • Offers & contracting
  • Cross selling
  • Organization of sales trips and calls
  • Ensure all S&M activities (sales calls, fairs, workshops) are stored and correctly filled out in systems (i.e. Protel)
  • Ensure strategic client management
  • Increase Market Share from Russia and Ukraina to the all Falkensteiner Hotels
  • Implement and ensure Data Quality to drive meaningful
    and smart campaigns to increase overall revenue

 

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within the Hotel business in
    Sales or in leisure travel industry
  • Knowledge of hotel sales-leisure or tour operators/travel
    agents
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Russia and Ukrainia Feeder Market knowledge
  • Clearly structured and easy to set priorities
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Pro-active attitude and “can-do”-spirit
  • Link between clients and hotels
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Project management experience
  • Motivated
  • Decision making
  • Pro-active
  • Positive
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian is must
  • Very good Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good presentational skills
