To support further sales growth within highly dynamic environment, they are looking for experienced and result driven professional for the position of

Sales Manager

- for region of Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and FYROM -

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing with regional responsibility within multinational environment
  • Strong experience in team management
  • Exposure to matrix organization would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English
  • intellectual curiosity and emphasized results orientation and strategic thinking
  • ability to promote and initiate changes with strong impact and influence on people
  • willingness for frequent travel, strong cultural awareness and international mobility

Responsibilities:

  • Definition, implementation, monitoring of the yearly sales plan (including commercial & credit conditions)
  • Managing sales strategy via distributor channel within assigned region
  • Developing partnership relations with distributors and supporting sales development in commercial channel
  • Boosting sales results through active business development and team leadership
  • Managing sales team and developing their competences within dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Leading and enforcing changes within highly dynamic matrix organization
  • Key account relationship management (directly or indirectly manages a portfolio of key customers in the region)
  • Putting into operation the yearly plan via short term priorities established for current and following year
  • Control of activity and monitoring of the objectives, and of main indicators
  • Gathering of information on the competition and distribution in his area, and coaching of teams accordingly
  • Monitoring distributors’ activities in regard to full alignment with company rules and standards
