Sales Representative

Location: Novi Sad

We are looking for talented and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our team. 

In this position, you will work on identifying and negotiating with potential clients to expand our business and make sure we continue striving to success. A Sales Representative is working closely with potential and current clients globally to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

If you are an assertive self-starter sales enthusiast who loves working with different people, overcoming challenges and possesses a passion to succeed, this is the right place for you! We are looking for someone with strong verbal, written and persuasive interpersonal skills and willingness to grow on a personal and professional level.

Check out the key responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets and generating revenue to the company through different sales channels
  • Segmenting and analyzing potential prospects in different verticals and industries
  • Acquiring e-commerce merchants and following through with the on-boarding process
  • Composing tailor-made offers in relation to the client requirements and needs
  • Managing the sales and negotiation process from the offer presentation to the contract signing
  • Maintaining quality relationship with the existing clients and partners and strengthening the network
  • Taking part in industry related trade-shows and conferences with the goal of promoting the company, networking and negotiating new sales opportunities
  • Working closely with the marketing team on presenting and promoting our services to existing and prospective clients
  • Keeping abreast of best practices, promotional and industry trends
  • Following up on projects’ execution and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economy, marketing, management or related fields
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally
  • Experience in sales

  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to different audiences
