We're Hiring: Representatives in Sales (Remote – Serbia) wanted!
Are you highly organised, communicative, and eager to work in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a motivated Representative in Sales to support our recruitment and HR operations remotely from Serbia.

Position Overview
As our new Representative in Sales, you’ll contribute daily to our operations, help connect local employers with recruitment opportunities, and ensure smooth communication between teams and clients.
You’ll play a key role in our recruitment division, where no two days are the same — and every detail matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and business partners
- Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations (phone, email, in-person)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with recruitment and admin teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- And you will hopefully show us that you are willing to take this offer as a career path and take on a role with more responsibilities in no time
What We Hope to See in You:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in recruitment, or B2B services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English and Serbian
