SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Remote Position

We are looking for a talented Sales Representative who is resourceful, confident, result-oriented and comfortable with long sales cycles. You will be working closely with our General Sales Manager and sales and marketing teams in order to help us drive and execute our revenue goals. You should bring passion for tech, creativity and a serious drive for sales success.

By the end of the first month in Jatheon you will:

  • Start our comprehensive onboarding process
  • Meet and build relationships with our sales, marketing and support teamsTackle the sales team systems and training
  • Learn and master our Sales Procedures and Guidelines to ensure alignment and success
  • Actively participate in all company organized training and actively pursue further training independently

By the end of the second month you will:

  • Get to know the ins and outs of our current products and services
  • Educate yourself in eDiscovery and compliance laws and regulations essential to our business and clients
  • Familiarize yourself with the main industry verticals and their specific requirements and general pain points related to archiving
  • Educate yourself in the basics of technologies related to email and social media archiving in order to better understand how our solutions meet customers’ needs
  • Monitor and learn more about competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Analyze and review sales metrics; develop and propose an individual process (aligned with our existing sales procedures) that you will implement in order to reach the specified metrics

After you finish onboarding and training you will:

  • Identify potential accounts through research, use of our database and external providers, cold calling/emailing or other creative means in order to create 30 new prospects per day
  • Use a consultative approach to determine customers’ needs and strive to have at least 2 sales calls with new prospects per day while following inbound sales methodology
  • Provide at least 10 effective, client-oriented demos per month
  • Engage with prospects and clients on social media (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter) on a regular basis. In order to grow and establish personal network and boost social selling, reach out to a minimum of 15 contacts through your personal LinkedIn network per day
  • Maintain and nurture client loyalty and relationships by following up with all the assigned clients on a monthly basis
  • Fully comply with our carefully developed internal sales process for best sales results. This doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate individual input and creativity. We expect and highly value independent research, contribution and implementation of new sales techniques, strategies and original individual processes.
  • Fully update HubSpot with all sales efforts made on a daily basis
  • Continuously maintain professional and technical knowledge by taking educational courses, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks

Qualifications:

  • Business fluency in English is mandatory (written/spoken)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development and time management
  • Experience in cold calling/emailing, social selling and providing online presentations
  • Experience selling SaaS-based technology and using HubSpot or other CRM solutions is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a nice-to-have
