We are looking for:
Sales Super Hero
- Experience in developing and closing complex sales cycles
- Experienced individual selling applications packages to large, complex strategic accounts
- Ability to constantly develop trust amongst both mid-level and senior management
- Team player attitude who can prioritise and coordinate resources where needed
- Most of all mastering customer relations and negotiation skills
- Talent in communicating with C-level executives
- Research potential client companies on internet or existing data to identify prospects with high potential and significant on-going translations needs
- Make contact with potential customers by phone and introduce our translation services
- Understand the clients' requirements and establish, engage and persuade them to consider using Talkbridge as a supplier of translation services
- Liaise with other departments to put together business proposals
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills. German and French is considered a plus
- Excellent communicator, disciplined, organised, proactive, intelligent with initiative and capable of bringing in results without being pushy
- Experience selling in a B2B context (ideally translation and localisation or other services and technologies) is a definite advantage
- Able in closing the sales and reaching monthly and yearly targets
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate all the behaviours associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota
- A background in or deep familiarity with the customer service space
- Experience selling to VP or C level executives
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
- Only CVs in English will be considered
