Key responsibilites:
Assist the Pre/Postsales Support Team Leader in the successful and efficient operations, including the coordination with other departments and directors; accounting; contract administration and other requirements:
- Contract creation;
- SIM replacement;
- Handling Business Demo pool;
- Providing all necessary reports for Business Sales;
- Correction of errors within contract activation process for business customers;
- Forwarding requests to RATEL within MNP process;
- Support within ordering process in terms of handsets, USB modems, GPS modems and new SIM cards (creating of orders and ordering forms, keep track of remaining budget);
- Annex and the amendments to Annexes special conditions as well as the implementation within systems (change of tariff plans, implementation of approved benefits, discount activation, add-on);
- Records annexes and amendments to Annexes special conditions and update user data in the relevant systems;
- Private APN correction (Fleet TP);
For a good start, you will need:
- High school or College degree
- 2 or more years of experience in sales coordination, administration or customer service
- 2 years wireless experience
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, ACT, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Communication and problem-solving skills
