- Support to sales points for sales and post sales processes
- Support to all sales points for pre-paid add-on for common organization
- Registration and forwarding complaints and requests
- Resolving harassment complaints
- Updating and maintaining database of office phone numbers
- Bringing new creative ideas to positively impact on the team and the customer experience
- Development of daily, weekly and monthly reports

- High school/ University degree
- Excellent written skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating sistem and MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Multitasking skills with ability to perform tasks precisely and efficiently
