For our client is international and global well-known company (Founded in New Zealand) specialist in sourcing and distributing rare live animal species to ensure the quality and selection of animal species in zoos worldwide and promote conservation breeding. ASEE is searching for experienced person with strong internal motivation for the following position:
Sales Team Leader
(Branch office, Praha, Czech Republic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison with suppliers, clients and officials as required by the Directors,
- Train, select, coach, motivate and prepare sales team in order to achieve objectives and sales forecasts,
- Plan, execute and monitor campaigns for supply or sales of big projects,
- Initiate, negotiate and complete sales , exchanges and purchases of animals,
- Make a positive contribution to the sales team, supporting team members to achieve set goals for the department, office and company,
- Always maintain an appropriate demeanour with colleagues, management, clients, suppliers and officials
- Maintain good relations and right atmosphere with zoo community and keep the reputation of the company at desirable level
- Assist the achievement of Company Mission and goals.
Requirements:
- At least high school degree or bachelor degree,
- Computer skills, with functional knowledge of MS Office,
- Excellent oral and communication ability with proven negotiation and influencing skills,
- Enthusiastic, results driven, co-operative.
- 5 years minimum on managing position, up to 10 years experience in sales,
- Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory. Knowledge of German or French Language will be a plus,
