Sales and Marketing Executive
Company location: Dubai (UAE)
Working place: Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia
Job Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the duty-free and tobacco industries; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key prospects
- Identify target key decision-makers and key influencers across all prospect organizations and develop strong relationships to develop new business opportunities
- Identify key sales cycles
- Drive awareness of and create demand for the product
- Manage the business base ongoing
Essential expertise:
- A proven track record of 5+ years sales experience – most preferably within the European/Middle Eastern VIP Travel market
- Demonstrable experience and accountability for creating and managing projects
- The ability to generate cold leads and develop warm leads credibly at all levels
- With a strong commercial acumen and an eye for detail
- Proven consultative influencing and negotiation skills, up to and including C-Level
- A good understanding of key international trading groups offerings and propositions
