Extremely busy Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy company Abacus Therapies is looking for a scheduling manager who flourishes under pressure and maintains a professional manner under any and all circumstances. This person is disciplined, efficient and has the ability to coordinate, think quickly on their feet and follow-up to get things done. We are seeking someone with an exceptional eye for detail who can take the ball and run with it - at a minimum you must demonstrate stellar computer skills, a leader who is organized, has a sense of humor, and is a fast learner and great decision-maker. Ability to work during our business hours is a must (our office hours are 9am to 6pm New York/Miami time), due to team and insurance follow up / phone call activities.

This is a full-time position, with benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing schedule processes, and conducting all relevant internal audits
- Manages daily inquiries, schedule requests, approvals, etc. for the constantly fluid schedule
- Contributing to the establishment and development of effective communication methods to support schedule management
- Assisting the organization with staff training, implementation of scheduling software functionality, ideas, and testing
- Assist with scheduling therapists with families based on availabilities
- Work with practice management system and accounting system for updating scheduling, family and therapist information
- Speak with families regarding scheduling updates and cancellations.
- Make calls, texts and emails to families and therapists in order to resolve issues and keep everyone on schedule
- Onboard new families
- Make decisions based on key performance indicators
- Assist other team members with any other administrative tasks as needed
Required Attributes:
- Fluent English phone and writing skills
