FitPass is a company founded in 2014, and today it has a popular and well-known concept. The FitPass brand represents a unique fitness and wellbeing system in Serbia that allows you to practise your favorite sports activities near your workplace or place where you live with just one membership fee. The FitPass card means a universal membership fee with which it is possible to practise over 70 sport disciplines and work out in 650 sports facilities throughout Serbia.

Today, the company is a part of the multinational corporation Groupe Up, which develops payment systems and organizes solutions that improve businesses through various markets, as well as the daily lives of employees as it offers them freedom of choice and variety of services.

For our further growth, we are looking for a motivated candidate to successfully fill the position of Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

•          Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

•          Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

•          Develop trusted advisor relationships with sales team, customer stakeholders and backend operators

•          Ensure the timely and successful delivery objectives

•          Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

•          Develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

•          Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

•          Prepare reports on account status and general satisfaction

•          Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

•          Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Candidate profile:

•          7+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, 

•          Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization,

•          Solid knowledge of CRM software,

•          Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

•          Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

•          Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

•          Strong verbal and written communication skills
