The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Become a part of an international team designing sales standards and developing Customer relationship management system for our global sales organization.
Take responsability for developing standardized global sales processes and drive sales excellence from requirements management to implementation in our CRM.
► Excellence and Governance for global Independent Automotive Aftermarket Sales standards
► Identification of Sales best practices (Automotive Aftermarket internal/external), Standardizing, Application in AA-Regions, and implementing in IT projects e.g. CRM
► Conducting global requirement management (functional, User experience)
► Definition of Process and documentation specification for the worldwide Sales processes AA-IAM
► Definition of reporting requirements for successful CRM implementation and usage
► Support in roll in of CRM to Europe, China, Asia pacific and Africa
► Develop and derive requirements and user stories for CRM and alignment with IT to implement corresponding features
► Test coordination and testing of developed features
► Training of sales processes and corresponding features in CRM
► Lead change management and enabling activities in the regions of sales processes, standards and IT application
► Close collaboration with Regions (Trade Marketing and Sales), Headquarter RB (C/MS, other GB) and AA (BU, MBx, CTG, GPM)
► Education: Degree in Business Administration, ideally from Sales, Marketing or CRM Information Technology.
► Significant experience in Sales, Marketing and IT, in international context, preferably in B2B and Automotive industry
► Entrepreneurial mindset with target orientation and excellent analytical capabilities
► Project management skills with agile approach and a track record of successfully closed projects
► Strong communication & social skills
► Very structured and result oriented working style
► Disciplined, self starter with strong personality
► Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
► Usage of MS Office, knowledge of SAP, CRM systems or BI is beneficial
► German language knowledge is beneficial
► High ability to work in a virtual and international team
► Willingness to travel
