We opened Serbian office in 2015. Now we have more than 60 employees from several departments. We expect further rapid growth of the office.
So, we are expanding our HR management team to support further growth.

Requirements:
- Working experience in international companies
- Experience in adaptation of HR processes of global companies to local specifics
- Experience working in multinational environment and working with cultural differences and increasing cultural understanding
- Solid experience with evaluation and motivation function
- Experience with recruitment on senior position
- Execution of all employee engagement activities within areas of responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of Serbian Labor law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in conflict resolution
- Fluent English
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, CPBA certification a plus.
- Working experience with DISC and Spiral Dynamics – will be a plus
- Russian language – will be a big plus
Responsibilities:
Performance Management and compensation:
- Use best Fujitsu and ICL Services practices and adapt them to local specifics to reach maximum of potential of local office
Employees’ engagement
Lead employee engagement efforts, be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of employees’ engagement initiatives including the onboarding experience, recognition programs, and professional staff learning and development
HR operations:
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Make rout-course analysis, develop and manage correction plans
Cultural awareness and understanding:
- Ensure that company’s values are understood and accepted by employees
- Work on improving cross-countries communication, understanding and trust
- Increase cultural awareness
Employer’s branding:
- Lead Employer’s branding project
