Our team is currently looking for ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding sales, communication, problem solving and analytical skills to take the position of:

 

Services Solutions Specialist
(for Advance Solutions Sales Support) 
based in Belgrade; Serbia

who will support and drive the service solution (category/assortment/offering) within a cluster or a central function, supporting the opportunity identification, development, selling process and performance analysis of ongoing business based on customer needs and our established strategy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quoting advanced services and outcome-based agreements and for securing that legal and commercial policies are being followed in the quotations.
  • Participate in the allocation of project management skills/resources during the ramp-up phase of advanced solutions, provide training/workshops about Services Solutions processes to sales and delivery organizations to secure flawlessly implementation.
  • Support Services Sales Team along the sales process, provide financial analysis, value
  • proposition, pricing and margin calculation and customer presentations, according to a predefined scope of offering aligned to customers needs. Follow up with sales throughout the process by tracking open proposals and recommendations to capture new business.
  • Govern contract creation in SAP by ensuring correct allocation of revenue across categories according to scope of supply, regular follow-up with markets to ensure contracts are on track and monitor Service Agreements financial results to secure healthy profit. Control signed and pending documents and support the sales team in audits.
  • Monitor the results from customer’s perspective and recommend actions to secure that
  • Committed outcomes are being delivered, following up the performance of the outcome-based agreements, like actual savings and performance improvement versus quoted.

Requirements:

  • University Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in commercial/business development, preferably with a Technical knowledge
  • Excellent English and Serbian knowledge is a must
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Understanding of pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements of service solutions
  • Good sense of customer handling
  • Business understanding
