Your new role – challenging and future oriented

  • Following and implementation of local legal and internal company frame connected to employment and any change of employment status and documents according to applicable regulation
  • Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards
  • Formulates the approach in responds to routine and non-routine inquiries from customers and stakeholders
  • Ensures the maintenance of files for all documents processed
  • Ensures creation, transmission and processing of data files between various stakeholders in relevant processes
  • Ensures effective liaison with authorities and with local organization units, if necessary
  • Acts as first point of escalation in order to solve operational or procedural issues; manages escalations
  • Oversees operational processes, and leads employees in the team assigned
  • Supports HR in policy matters, participating in or recommending appropriate decisions
  • Acts as a liaison to external and internal partners
  • May cooperate in interdisciplinary, cross business and cross country projects
  • Ensures that HR processes are supported by stringent, lean & flexible HR IT solutions
  • Performs respective HR IT implementation and rollout projects in cooperation with IT partners
  • Ensures administration, usage, maintenance and improvement of respective HR IT applications
  • Ensures achievement of SLA targets and agreed KPIs, identification of root causes of operational issues and implementation of improvement measures
  • Fosters people development by setting targets, coaching, providing feedback, encouraging knowledge management, skills development
  • Fosters team culture in order to ensure a strong service attitude and high level of employee engagement

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • College or University degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership position
  • Experience in cross-country services will be taken as an advantage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Process analysis and systematic thinking
  • Strong understanding of labour law
  • Experience in working with confidential information
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity
