Your responsibilities:

  • Monitors and improves sales results of teams within the area for which he/she is responsible;
  • Takes part in the preparation and contacting of SoHo Agents when  getting in touch with SoHo companies, carries out assessments and takes steps when there is space for improvement of SoHo Agents
  • Provides full support to SoHo Agents in their daily work;
  • Responsible for managing and developing Telenor's SoHo Agent Team; developing and implementing strategies for new customer acquisition, generating revenue and meeting other agreed goals;
  • Leading and developing staff;
  • Identifies and reports trends on the market, competitive environment and potential sales opportunities that will help maximize penetration and raise market share;
  • Keeps daily records of SoHo Agents’ contributions and performance;
  • Applies his/her experience and knowledge of negotiation to Agents within the team
  • Assesses and takes steps when there is space for improvement of SoHo Agents
  • Daily coordination between SoHo Regional Managers and SoHo Agents
  • Takes part in SoHo Agent Team’s meeting the set targets
  • Providing lists of potential customers and initiating self-initiated search by SoHo Agents
  • A proactive approach to finding legal entities and initiating sales meetings with the ability to convey own knowledge;
  • Monitoring the results achieved by SoHo agents and responsibility for encouraging sales;
  • Motivating sales staff;
  • Supplies management control;
  • Acts as leader and instructor providing strategic and tactical guidance, defining and setting goals, preparing, monitoring and making changes to advancements motivating sales teams and ensuring that they operate in accordance with the established Telenor standards;
  • Ensuring regular updates for senior management in terms of market trends and KPI movements;
  • Provides accurate information on job-elated procedures and processes;
  • Oriented towards team requirements.

For the good start, you will need:

  • High-school degree/college degree
  • Preferably 2-3 years in sales management
  • Knowledge of Telco industry
  • Leadership skills and negotiation capabilities
  • Preference will be given to an excellent knowledge of the local market, market trends and competition
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Good technical skills – the ability to provide specific technical explanations about appliances, laptops, PDAs
  • Extraordinary knowledge of MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of English
