Senior Business Analyst in Department for Projects and Organization

Job Summary

Main activities are:

• Analysis and formalization of new user requests, external development specification creation and evolution testing
• Parameterization and testing of new products and functionalities, organization and coordination of user acceptance test
• Ensures secure and efficient implementation of deliverables (parameterization of new products, functionalities, applications etc.) by organizing and performing all necessary parameterization, technical and user acceptance testing and consultation

Responsibilities:

• In cooperation with users analyzes the required change in business processes and/or existing technical solution, formalize the business needs within the specifications for the development and / or configuration of the solution
• Understanding business requirements
• Organizing of testing of IT developments with business lines and vendors
• Provides consultation in domain of core banking systems / bank's applications
• Follow-up/ reports of requests within own portfolio

Skills:

• 3+ years experience in BA in field of Software Development Projects
• Basic knowledge of waterfall and agile project methodology
• Experience in writing test plans, test cases and test execution
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Process Analysis
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Information system knowledge and banking business process knowledge
• Proactive approach in problem solving
• MS office (including MS Visio)
• English language – advance level
