Your tasks:
- You develop control software for our innovative rail vehicles
- You align the software relevant requirements with internal and external experts (e.g. supplier) as well as with our customers
- You design and implement software components in alignment with the guidelines for safety-relevant software systems
- You ensure the functionality and the efficiency of the data structures
- By carrying out code reviews, you ensure the quality of the software development
- You define relevant test cases and carry out software tests
- You continuously enhance your system Know-how and take over more and more complex design tasks
Your qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a degree (standard period of study ≥ 4 years) in the field of information technology
- You have multiple years of experience in an industry designing and producing complex systems (rail, automotive, aviation, etc.)
- You are an expert in software development for embedded systems
- You are familiar in the application of bus systems in automation technology
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and UML/SysML or C++ are required
- Basic knowledge in propulsion and hardware development is advantageous
- You are passionate about understanding complex problems and finding suitable software solutions
- You are fluent in English - German language skills are advantageous
- You want to be part of an agile team developing IT-solutions for high-tech products
