Software Engineer

Required qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in technical or electrical background, IT, telecommunications or computer science
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience with embedded software development lifecycle
- Experience with cellular technologies
- Proficiency in Python and C++ and (Linux, Unix) OS environment, good knowledge of Android
- Good understanding of object-oriented languages
- Knowledge of open source development
- Familiar with Cloud technologies and Design Patterns
- Experience with code revising
- Fluency in English
Main responsibilities:
- Development, customization, maintenance, implementation and design of a complex project modules and embedded software
- Participating in determining the project scope and designing solution
- Support and respond to technical queries and requirements in order to improve overall functioning of company client’s software
- Developing applications and improving the functioning of existing software
- Coding, troubleshooting, compiling debugging and integration; improving application performance
- Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Communicate with and support company customers in alignment with sales team if needed
