Store Leader

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of B category shop and managing a team of 5 to 7  employees and between 738 and 984 sale transactions (telco and bank based on the company's decision, depending on the strategic goal in the observed period) on the monthly level during period under observation where 738 represents the minimum  number of transactions that shop should do to find itself in B category. The minimum  threshold is determined by historical sales and the movement of transactions, the minimum threshold is subject to reduction or growth, which depends on the movement of sales in the market where the total sales growth or decrease in the Retail Sales channel is taken as the reference value;
  • Sale of products and services with the aim of achieving sale targets;
  • Improving sale of products and services with a view to achieving all set sale targets;
  • Active participation in regional level projects;
  • Improving sales team performance aimed at shop shift to a higher category;
  • Regular supervision of sale processes and procedures, as well as communication with customers;
  • Resolution of customer needs in a professional, fast and efficient way, including complex customer requests and complaints; 
  • Training and specialisation of the team with regular evaluations and regular feedback under the dynamics specified by the channel management respecting quality standards of the Customer Centricity Academy;
  • Shop bookkeeping, legal enactments for fiscal cashiers, legal enactments on consumer protection, legal enactment on retail sale;
  • Planning and ordering technical equipment, resources and goods for the shop so as to provide the optimum functionality of the point of sale;
  • Implementation of quality and quantity standards in returning subscriber and customer documentation of Telenor and Telenor bank.
  • Financial liability at the point of sale while respecting all internal documents and legal regulations – accountant function;
  • Exhibiting products and accompanying marketing communication, according to Telenor standards;
  • Management of shop stocks of goods and fixed assets;
  • Implementation of adopted brand values in all processes and activities directed both to users of our services, as well as members of the team he manages;
  • Representing Telenor bank in Telenor shop;
  • Presenting and selling all products and services from the offer of Telenor bank in line with Bank procedures;
  • Promoting and providing information on Telenor bank services;
  • Mediating between Telenor bank and its clients in concluding contracts on services offered by Telenor bank through Employer;
  • Checking Telenor bank’s clients identity before mediating in conclusion of contract on banking services in a way envisaged by the  Anti Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Law;
  • Collecting and completing documentation required for forming files of Telenor bank’s clients in line with internal acts.

For the good start, you will need:

  • High school or College degree
  • Excellent sales and customer care skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer care team
  • Management and negotiation skills
  • Good skills for technology - ability to provide technical explanation about appliances, laptops, tablets etc. and advanced services in telco and banking
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
