Store Team Leader

Your responsibilities:

  • Achievement of personal and team sales targets defined by a compensation model, The process of performance and development , Customer Centricity Academy and/or set by the channel management and defined so as to enable the achievement of company financial objectives.
  • Implementation of brand platform and company strategy at POS;
  • Evaluation, training and motivation of employees;
  • Development of skills and knowledge of employees defined by the Customer Centricity Academy for the purpose of providing minimum basic certificate for work at POS (indirectly for employees he leads and directly for himself) so as to provide the best possible Customer experience  at POS;
  • Shop operations in line with defined processes and procedures for servicing the needs of existing and new customers and responsible operations and management of the shop under the “good host-entrepreneur” principle and leadership conduct defined by Leadership identity standard;
  • Material and criminal responsibility for resources charged with in line with legal regulations (material responsibility for number of fixed assets on POS (layout and replacement);
  • Material and criminal responsibility for work in systems in line with legal regulations;
  • Shop financial operations (revenues and expenditures, payment of daily cash traffic, Bookkeeping, record of the daily report book);
  • Organisation of employees’ work in shifts for the purpose of maximum  utilisation of the shop sales potential;
  • Signing subscriber contracts with customers, Annexes to subscriber contracts, as well as annexes fixing special terms for the use of electronic communication services;
  • Promoting digital services and education of employees, as well as customers about new Telenor services and products. Sale of digital services;
  • Implementation of defined activities aimed at securing optimum shop operational efficiency and profitability.

For the good start, you will need:

  • High school or College degree
  • Excellent sales and customer care skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer care team
  • Management and negotiation skills
  • Good skills for technology - ability to provide technical explanation about appliances, laptops, tablets etc. and advanced services in telco and banking
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
