Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating, scheduling, and tracking Customer Success Webinars.
- Administering and executing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey process.
- Provide customer health reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating, scheduling and tracking of Customer Interviews.
- Maintain data within the Customer Success Management Platform (knowledge of Totango a plus).
- Support various projects and initiatives owned by Customer Success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with proven Administrative and/or Project Management skills required in order to schedule, coordinate and maintain projects.
- Experience with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) – especially MS Excel advanced features (Pivot Tables, vlookup, etc..)
- Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
