The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.
Job Description► Manage shortages and overages in order to meet required service-level targets while maintaining tight control over inventories ► Secure availability of AA spare parts in central warehouse ► Secure on-time delivery to customer requested date ► Discuss production possibilities with production planners and follow it up ► Secure reliable ETA upon customer request ► Manage system master-data and planning parameters ► Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence ► Development and reporting of KPIs and information to the Business Unit and Management |
Qualifications► Graduated (bachelor / master of business administration) focused on logistics ► Experience in demand and supply planning ► Preferably experience in SAP (modules MM, APO) ► High degree of problem-solving capability ► Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability ► Advanced knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel ► Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken ► High ability to work in an International team |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System ►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse SysteCreate and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
