We are looking for a Dialer support to help our growth!
Dialer platforms has many special features, which needs to be taken into consideration and being
analyzed while leads are uploaded: the grouping, the frequency of the calls and lots of other features which enable dialers to provide best possible calling results to the desk.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Controlling and managing dialer platform;
- Reporting issues to manager or relevant department;
- Analyzing the calling process;
- Providing live support to the desk;
- Provide live tech support to the desk;
- Making reports for manager, for analysis;
- Analyzing the leads, calling process, result and making further decisions;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required;
- Thorough understanding of telephony/dialer platforms;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs;
- Hands on approach, hardworking and professional;
- Very well organized with strong multitasking skills;
