Primary Purpose of Position:

This role is responsible for providing overall Talent Acquisition program support in conjunction with developing, implementing, and driving processes across the TA department.

Your tasks

  • Support activity to develop and maximize our global recruiting initiatives
  • Core member of global EVP team focused on execution and activation of our employee value proposition
  • Partner with regional TA teams and act as the point of contact for all recruiting initiatives related to Social Media.
  • Manage ongoing logistics of Executive Search. Partner with TA Director and Hiring Manager (when applicable) to coordinate initiatives around Exec Search – including but not limited to scheduling interviews, planning travel, preparing the offer,   setting up Onboarding activities, and conducting Day One
  • Provide system and EVP training to all new recruiters and administrative staff – including Contract Support and PS&O
  • Lead data reporting and analysis to determine effectiveness of global recruiting initiatives and areas that require modification to increase effectiveness
  • Support the adoption of our Success Factors Talent modules to drive overall usage with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation and execution of Recruitment Marketing/Recruitment/Onboarding modules globally.
  • Collaborate with TA and PS&O to improve mindset and skillset around talent acquisition as it relates to SuccessFactors, including greater awareness of D&I within these processes.
  • Create, maintain, and oversee all Recruitment data within SuccessFactors.
  • Partner with Learning Manager in relation to training and upskilling the TA and PS&O teams
  • Support the implementation of SuccessFactors cloud based updates globally
  • Lead data reporting and analysis of Recruiting and Onboarding data in SuccessFactors
  • Contribute to the implementation and execution of Ball’s Global Onboarding strategy:
  • Designing survey interventions that support teams across the businesses by providing actionable insight so we can continuously improve employee experience in relation to Onboarding
  • Develop and oversee a consistent, engaging, and inclusive new hire pre-boarding process; including partnering with HR, Hiring Managers, D&I team, and Talent departments
  • Partner with the PS&O organization to ensure they are appropriately skilled and confident to execute talent acquisition initiatives
  • Partner with Legal/Compliance department  to ensure TA team is educated on technology advancements and/or legal process changes

What we expect from you

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college and work-related experience
  • Job related experience for 2 – 5 years at least in recruitment
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Must be attentive to department’s needs, have follow-through, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and detail-oriented with the ability to consistently tie off loose ends in a relatively independent manner.
  • Must have the ability to work with considerable independence and be able to make decisions requiring applications of judgment that are non-routine based on the knowledge of policies, procedures, and operating practices including department-specific tasks.
  • Must be a team contributor and have the ability to actively support a fast paced team environment.
