Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary)

Position in Belgrade

We are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity for expending our great team! Be the driving force of building our pipeline of quality talents. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the honor of executing recruiting and hiring best practices focused on developing and strengthening our employer brand.

Essential Functions

  • Independently executes recruitment process and working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profile and skill matching requirements
  • Manages open requisitions including job posting, applicant pipeline management, pro-active recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Builds recruiting resources by conducting research, networking for referrals and using social media, such as LinkedIn to identify viable current and future potential candidates
  • Ensures accurate and timely tracking and record-keeping of applicants and candidate recruiting activities, including interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintains applicant-tracking data and provides periodical reports and updates
  • Provides excellent candidate experience to all job applicants and candidates

Essential Requirements  

  • Relevant University degree (economics, psychology or organizational background)
  • Strong written and verbal English language required
  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience with HR in the IT field is an advantage
  • Social media (such as LinkedIn) advanced knowledge required
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
  • Innovative and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
  • Team spirit and positive, flexible approach
