Team Lead - Supplier Quality Assurance
We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality department at our location in Pančevo (Serbia). ZF’s E-Mobility Division is expanding its production capacity for electro mobility products by building a new facility in the Serbian city of Pančevo.

Your tasks as Team Lead - Supplier Quality Assurance:
- Maintaining direct communication with suppliers; conducting or coordinating necessary checks and auditing to ensure quality provided by suppliers as well as issuing reclamations and complains involved
- Coordination and if needed direct involvment in production transfers, new product lanching, auditing and preparation of PPAP for all direct production materials
- Implementation and maintenance of all procedures regarding quality assurance for all direct materials coming from suppliers as well as support in preparation of corective actions and measurements for all nonconformity of product or process concering direct materials
- Responsible for implementing, conducting, tracking and reaching all quality targets in accordance with local legislation, company procedures and standard auditing requirments within specific unit
- Being in charge of budget and headcount planing as well as training and leadership of Engineers and technicians, reporting directly to Quality Manager
Your profile as Team Lead - Supplier Quality Assurance:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or automotive engineering or comparable
- Several years of working experience in related jobs, desirable experience in leadership
- Knowledge of quality management, methodological competence and relevant quality standards (PPAP, CP, FMEA, SPC) with desirable knowledge of process auditing ex. VDA 6.3 as well as SPA experience
- Strong commitment and personal initiative, communication skills, capacity for teamwork, creativity
- Excellent English and Serbian language skills both oral and written, German skills are preferable
