Our aim is simple – improving lives.The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Your contribution to something big:

► Develop and implement facility management programs including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
► Plan and manage facility soft services such as cleaning, catering, waste disposal, car fleet
► Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency; coordinate intra-office moves
► Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers; manage and review service contracts
► Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff, performance management & staff training
►  Prepare and track facility budget; manage cost-effectiveness & cost reduction initiatives
► Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
► Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases

What distinguishes you:

► University degree in field of Business Management or Construction Management
► Minimum 3 years of working experience as Facility manager or similar position
► Previous experience of working in a project management role and/or business administration
► Supervisory experience
► Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems would be considered as an advantage
► Knowledge of procurement, financial principles and practices is mandatory
► English language fluency
► Very good communication skills
► Ability to solve problems effectively
