Technical Customer Support Operator

(region Serbia - Slovenia) - fluent in Serbian & Slovenian language is mandatory

We are looking for two colleagues to our newly established team of Technical Customer Support. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as a liaison between the customers in your dedicated region and Danfoss. We are looking both for experienced candidates with SAP knowledge but we are also offering this as opportunity for junior candidates willing to boost their careers. Join us and accept the challenge of starting a pilot project of specialised technical support team with huge impact on the region and potential to spread across Danfoss European offices.

Your Areas Of Responsibilities

• Provide effective, proactive and professional service to our customers.
• Manage customer enquiries and supporting activities by telephone, email, SAP, Sales Force and other mediums.
• Answering incoming calls, solving 1st line (basic) technical issues, sorting cases & coordinating queues and follow up.
• Provide information to customers about distributors, partners and service companies.
• Work within the larger Customer Service team to support colleagues locally and internationally where needed.
• With a high customer focus, identify and resolve issues proactively and help the customers and colleagues to efficiently manage requirements.
• Provide required documentation to customers, technical proofreading
• Apply Danfoss processes and procedures in daily work, be open to new ways of working yet remain flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus.

Your profile

• Min. high school graduate with technical background.
• SAP or Customer Service experience are advantages. Knowledge of other CRM Systems, such as SalesForce.com is a plus.
• Language skills: fluent in Serbian & Slovenian, conversational English 
• You are fast in understanding customer questions and respond time, you communicate effectively, both oral and written, also you are flexible, with good interpersonal skills and used to work under pressure.
