We are currently looking for a person for Technical Support Engineer position responsible for supporting our Sales Engineers and customers with achieving goals and increasing sales growth by offering a high level of technical support.
We are looking for two Technical Support Engineers, one will be located in Romania (Popesti Leordeni) and second will be located in Croatia (Zagreb) or in Serbia (Novi Beograd).
Your tasks
- Providing technical support to the Danfoss refrigeration customers in Danube region
- Being responsible for claim handling processes and communication with the customers
- Informing the customers about changes in technical specifications and product portfolio
- Training the customers and end users
- Preparing wholesaler certification program
- Developing and adapting tools for the technical support to our customers
- Promoting Danfoss products
- Translating technical documentation
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education
Your profile
- Mechanical Engineer or similar diploma from University
- Previous experience in Refrigeration industry is a benefit
- Understand the Refrigeration installation/equipment's concepts, roles and functionality
- Fluency in English (listen, written, speaking)
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication skills
- Polite, team player type
- Capability to work independently without supervision
- Capability to work under stress
