We are looking for a:
Technical Support Engineer
Novi Sad
Responsibilities
- Present our product to new clients (locally and remotely)
- Conduct Troubleshooting calls (locally and remotely)
- Assisting with configuration and optimization (locally and remotely)
- Support system operations
- Provide customer and partner training
- Communicate with clients daily
- Travel internationally to assigned projects
- Project and customer support role
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role. An applicant with less experience, won’t be considered for this position
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, primarily within the U.S.A.
- Experience in complex project management preferably in a technical field with direct customer relations
- Some experience in electronics and hardware
- Working knowledge of MS suite of tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype)
- Results-driven
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and execute professionally in all conditions
- Creative and self-motivated
