Technical Support Specialist
We are the Serbian branch office of a US based Software Development company who specialize in providing web based Workforce management solutions.Our team is young, dynamic and extremely talented. We range from recent graduates through to experienced senior staff. Whilst focused on delivering high quality solutions, we provide a friendly and relaxed working environment.
Reporting directly to the Support team lead, the Technical Support Specialist will work with the Support team and the Quality Assurance team in assisting our products end users with any technical or functional issues they may have.
- Handling tickets, live chat and phone calls with customers
- Responding to general inquiries about our software
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues clients may experience with the use of software
- Assisting the Quality Assurance team in the testing of our software
- Helping customers with the registration, initial setup and/or software use
- Excellent (as good as native) knowledge of English, both in written and verbal form
- Technical background, combined with excellent analytical skills
- Experience in providing technical/customer support
- Good at multitasking
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Android/iOS systems
- Sales experience
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, project management, HR or CMS software
- Experience with Desk.com, Zendesk, Intercom, RingCentral or LiveChatInc
