TECHNOLOGY/PROCESS ENGINEER

Job descriptions:

• Implement and validate new products and machines
• Supervises and coordinates the activity of the process technicians
• Responsible for continuous improvement and process
• Define and implement drawings according with norms and cable definitions
• Participate and  respect the plan for industrial validations
• Proposes measures to improve level of discipline and participate in disciplinary meetings
• Ensures the respecting of the procedures in the direct departments
• Proposes solutions in order to improve indicators (Scrap, Running Time, Speed Efficiency, FTQ)
• Proposes solutions and amply measures in order to stabilize the production process
• Issues and follows the production flow from incoming to expedition
• Responsible for cost reduction in the production process
• Optimize reaction time in case of machine stoppage/fault from both Production and Maintenance departments
• Create id’s and BOM
• Performs time studies for all processes and sets targets for changeovers
• Assures support for all training related issues
• Define layout for new machine or process
• Order new tools and install clear definition of how to be used and tracked
• Participate to inventory related with his process
• Maintain and update technical documents related with the process or product
• Participate to process audits

Education: University degree (Technical)

Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position

Abilities:

• Good PC skills
• Good Knowledge in English
• Good communication skills
• Result oriented, precise and accurate, well organized
