Roles & Responsibilities:
We have a growing Tech Specialist team whose essential functions include:
- Account Management + Customer Support/Communication
- Website building using our world-class platform
- Image editing and uploading
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems
Requirements & Qualifications:
We strive to provide world-class customer service and solutions to our clients. We are looking for a bright and motivated candidate who is eager to learn, a self-starter and has a high level of technical understanding. You will be expected to manage clients independently.
- Three years of experience in customer support or account management role, preferably at a SaaS company
- Website building experience preferred
- Account Management experience preferred
- **A high degree of written and verbal English proficiency is required.**
