Your Profile:

• BA in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology       
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in production or manufacturing Technology
• Excellent knowledge of English language both written and spoken.      
• Excellent IT proficiency (Word, Excel, power point, SAP).
• Dependable, detail oriented, able to multi – task.
• Good judgement - reaches the right decisions quickly and efficiently, deals with problems peacefully and calmly and reasonably reacts in stressful situations
• Ability to organize and set priorities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
• Has positive attitude and is flexible. Accepts and supports changes.

Your responsibilities: 

• The employee is informed of all relevant SOPs, which are an integral part of the quality policy and related to the position covered by this job description
• Participates in the establishment and maintenance of the factory assurance manual quality policy. Responsible for local SME projects, including optimization of tooling process
• Participates in SME global and regional teams and harmonization projects and coordinates them locally.
• Monitors the work of tooling departments and takes all necessary measures in order to achieve positive results- efficient production with the best quality products
• Participates in making basic elements for standards development process and its improvements.
• Proposes and evaluates suggestions for processes` improvements from quality, output and efficiency points of view.
• Evaluates and suggests replacements and purchase of new tools as well as tool reparation and makes proposals to the Engineering and Production Managers.
• Participates in making investment plans of the factory.
• He/she is directly involved in introduction of new products and technological methods.
• Develop & implement practices and procedures to improve tooling processes to assure profitability, quality.
• Evaluate and recommend “Best Practices” (either of an internal or external nature) to keep Kovin’s tooling processes on the leading edge.
•  Assists with the customer relationships in sales and quality assurance departments
• Takes part in training preparation and delivery for employees in collaboration with Engineering and Production Managers
• Undertakes additional duties upon superior`s request.
• Performs all duties in accordance with company health and safety policy, environment protection, as well as any other statutory legislation and company policies
