To support our team at the new manufacturing plant in Leskovac we are currently looking for:
Training & Development Specialist
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the training projects of the personnel (office people);
- Strategically plan and implement training initiatives, strategies and processes helping the organization reach its goals;
- Identifies together with the department manager, the training needs of the organization and develops training plans in accordance;
- Organizes and supervises training projects;
- Developing and organizing trainings for hard and soft skills;
- Supporting development of training materials;
- Responsible for the process and completion of annual performance evaluation for the office employees;
- Conduct onboarding process of the new employees;
- Maintains all the training records in the specific training tools;
- Local training responsible in the site with the implementation of all related projects from the Corporate or Country level
- Updating the training data and the training evaluation information in the HR system
- University degree in HR or related field
- Experience in manufacturing multinational companies is an advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and planning skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude and team-oriented;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English language
