Transformation & Capability Development Manager
This role serves as a strategic hub for developing key functional skills in sales and supply chain management, project and process management expertise, and modern digital and analytical capabilities. Additionally, it drives innovation and supports business transformation.
Beyond formal education through training programs and digital learning, this role is also responsible for strengthening informal learning and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Develop Functional Skills for Sales & Supply Chain Excellence:
- Implement structured training programs to strengthen commercial capabilities
- Enhance sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills at all management levels
- Equip teams with analytical, digital, and AI-driven decision-making competencies
- Lead training on project and process management methodologies for operational efficiency
- Drive change management initiatives to foster agility and adaptability
Lead the Digital Transformation of Learning:
- Deploy Learning Management Systems (LMS), self-learning platforms, video content, and gamification
- Create a centralized knowledge base for quick and easy access to essential sales resources
- Promote interactive and engaging learning experiences to boost knowledge retention
Prepare Teams for the Future:
- Ensure continuous upskilling through training, workshops, and strategic learning initiatives
- Align skill development with business transformation and future industry needs
- Introduce modern business models and competencies to maintain a competitive edge
Foster Internal Knowledge Exchange & Practical Learning:
- Organize best-practice sharing sessions, regional learning forums, and case study analyses
- Encourage peer learning to enhance collaboration and knowledge transfer within teams
Measure & Evaluate Training Impact:
- Track training effectiveness, skill adoption, and performance improvements through KPIs.
- Continuously refine learning programs based on real-world sales challenges and opportunities.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proven experience in sales training, learning & development, or commercial excellence
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, supply chain dynamics, and digital transformation
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and AI-driven learning technologies
- A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and talent development
