To support their start up operations for Supply Chain Optimization, Adecco is searching for enthusiastic, proactive and motivated candidates for the following position based in Belgrade:
Transportation Analyst
Requirements:
- Secondary school degree, higher education would be an advantage
- Experience in international forwarding and delivery
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- General knowledge of MS Office
Main responsibilities:
- Handling urgency orders: arrange deliveries, choosing the best option from the contractual carrier’s offers based on price-value ratio
- Close follow-up of deliveries and shipments worldwide, updating of system and reports and informing client
- Ensuring continuous information flow between carriers, warehouses, and the client
- Handling and answering the questions and complaints of carriers and the client
- Forecasting for the logistic providers, and notifying brokers about the launch of the delivery
- Action plan and root cause analysis collection, suggesting corrective actions in case there are errors in the process
