Starting cooperation with a globally recognized multinational company, Trizma is looking to hire high language skilled candidates to provide quality support to different European markets, on the following position:

Project Manager, Global Accounts

Acts as a Single Point of Contact for all service delivery and service extensions for an important Company’s telecom customer with a worldwide presence. This includes working with all Company’s service organizations worldwide (except US) and also Company’s distributors and partners. Other projects will be assigned as workload develops. 

Key Responsibilities:

• monitoring of all service delivery activities and handling of escalations
• reporting on missed SLA’s, identification of root cause and correction
• maintaining the delivery infrastructure (call handling, training and certification of additional engineers, access requirements  such as documents, badges, approvals, etc)
• monthly reporting on
• financial control and financial reports (monthly invoice report, project P&L, monthly financial report)
• service assumption for additional to be supported sites (Purchase orders, Toolkits, Identification, training and certification of the engineers, etc)
• project management of special projects,:

Knowledge Requirements:

• broad knowledge of telecommunication equipment and protocols
• good project management knowledge
• good Service management knowledge (call handling, SLA monitoring, service reporting)
• good Financial control

Skills requirements:

• Dutch / English (written & oral)
• Sensitive to different cultures and business attitudes (International)
• Good communication with team members, management, customers and partners
• Leading meetings and conference calls
• Presentation
• Negotiation
• Organizing
• Administration and sense for detail
