Objectives
The Program Management Team is responsible for successfully managing the life-cycle of training requirements with our international clients and to ensure high quality of program set up and training delivery. They need to have ongoing communication with key client decision makers and learners through the duration of training and co-ordinate with the other Learnlight teams to assure we meet and exceed training objectives.
The tasks involved are in the following areas:
- Managing clients on a day-to-day basis
- Providing Learner support
- Using the LL platform to manage courses
- Reporting on key performance metrics
Responsibilities
Program Management
- Understanding program requirements, conditions and policies agreed with the client
- Understanding department workflows and following them for tasks
- Identifying key client tasks to prioritise
- Planning, implementing and supervising the necessary measures for the beginning and end of Programs
- Providing support to our sales team to maximise opportunities with clients and maintain a successful relationship
- Being the main point of contact for the client (HR department) and provide ongoing communication
- Offering solutions to clients with any challenges that may arise
Learner Management
- Being communicative with learners
- Showing empathy with learners
- Provide ongoing learner support through their program
Reporting
- Report on ongoing key Management Information
- Generate key reports with accurate information and according to the general template
- Deliver reports in a timely manner
- Provide pro-active support for any challenges in reports
- Report on ongoing key Management Information
- Generate key reports with accurate information and according to the general template
Administration
- Collection of teacher FTFE documents (signature sheets, ..) and delivery of them to the FTFE expert person
- Delivery of the respective documentation to the client
- Review of billing attachments with their respective invoices
Key Skills
- C1 level or higher of French
- C1 level or higher of English
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office programs (mainly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SharePoint is highly valued
- Ability and ease to work with CRM and other related programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Big picture mentality with an eye for detail
