Position summary:
Amazonia PPC is seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Virtual Assistant, to join the Amazonia team. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of inbound marketing strategy execution, including: copywriting, website conversion rate optimization, video editing, creating lists, building a newsletter list and more.

- You speak & write in impeccable, fluent English
- You have a desire to enter the field of digital marketing
- You love to write and create new content
- Finding information on slack channels, reddit, other social media channels and websites is something you enjoy doing
- You are a very organized person. Finding documents that are three months old in a matter of seconds is not a problem for you, because you know exactly where you sorted them out
- You manage your time really well, knowing by heart when your next three calls are scheduled
- You like to know ahead what your work day is going to look like and don’t like a lot of surprises
- You love being a part of a team where everyone is doing their best to complete a common cause
- You understand that fast responses and assertiveness are super-important parts of communication when working in a remote environment
Your role and responsibilities in Amazonia PPC will be:
- Doing online researches per established criteria
- Writing blogs in order to rank the Amazonia website on the first page of Google
- Writing long-form blogs for backlinks coming from partnership websites
- Link building per established procedures
- Researching podcasts, and setting up guests for podcasts
- Supporting the lead sales manager in scheduling calls with prospects and potential partners
- Supporting the lead sales manager with networking on social media
- Creating micro content for Amazonia PPC such as: infographics, images, checklists, quotations, answers to questions, or fun facts, according to the predefined content calendar
- Website update with the new content, optimizing the website
- Basic editing of videos and uploading them to Youtube
- Writing product detail pages on Amazon when needed
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Advantage will be given to the ones who can show any of the following:
- Any experience within the ecommerce industry.
- Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal
- Client services, or customer support experience
