Our team is looking for a self-motivated developer to report to our lead developer in Serbia. This is a full time, temporary position, with some flexibility in what hours you work - as long as you are getting everything done. We are willing to pay either per hour or agree on a fixed monthly salary.
Web Developer
We are looking for front end and/or application developer.
Responsibilities:
- Long-term maintenance of existing applications
- Adding new features to existing applications
- Integrating with 3rd party services (SendGrid, Amazon AWS, ClickBank)
- Light sys admin
Requirements for the Job (please have at least half of these skills):
- Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript + jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, general MVC frameworks knowledge.
- Experience with SQL datastores (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Very comfortable navigating Unix/Linux systems via terminal
- Understand the HTTP request/response cycle
- Experience with Rack-based web frameworks (Rails, Sinatra, etc.)
Pluses:
- Experience with Amazon AWS, Clickbank

- Comfortable in an agile development environment
- You have the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects
- While you like things to run on schedule, you're flexible enough to roll with it and make it go with the availability to work off hours to address issues in a timely fashion
- You give the benefit of the doubt when communicating in e-mail and assume the best, or go to voice communications if it seems like there is a misunderstanding
