Joorney is a business plan writing company that focuses on specific-purpose business writing and financial forecasting, rather than on all-around, comprehensive consulting services. The overwhelming majority of the company’s services are provided to clients operating or aiming to operate in the North American market. JOORNEY DIGITAL is a sister company of Joorney LLC, specializing in a volume-oriented approach to servicing Website Development, SEO & SEM clients. You will join our team, consisting of about 45 people - spread throughout offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš.

Joorney Digital is looking to hire a skilled Project Manager (Website Development) to plan and manage attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through our customized website design project processes in order to ensure quality customer service and quick delivery of exceptional results for our clients.

JOORNEY is now searching for a Project Manager (Website Development) in Belgrade, Novi Sad or Niš.

Role description: First and foremost, you are a project manager - so your ability to communicate, organize and follow up should be top-notch. Additionally, you should have at least basic knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics and UI, and a strong understanding of the value of content.

What you will do:

  • Meeting & Intake Website development clients (Post Sale)
  • Web-map / website architecture planning for new client websites
  • Ensure On-Time Delivery of website drafts, edits and website launches
  • Photo re-sizing and uploading
  • Conducting website audits to ensure quality work before submitting to clients.
  • Troubleshooting issues.
  • Communicating with Clients
  • Customer Service
  • Gathering relevant information, documents and files from clients for web development purposes
  • Listening & Logging website edits during the revision phase of projects to either handle edits themselves or escalate edits to in house developers

What you should bring:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • 2-3 years of PM experience (preferably in a digital environment)

Nice to have:

  • The ability to edit and adjust content within WordPress CMS
  • Good understanding of website architecture and UI
  • Understanding of best SEO practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Team leadership skills
