What we will expect from you:
- Design and implement training and coaching courses that require deployment of both hard and soft skills
- Secure superior implementation of sales methodologies through coaching and consultation
- Develop comprehensive and attractive training material serving as intro and follow up of live trainings
- Provide regular feedback to business sales
- Organize knowledge sharing events
For a good start, you will need:
- University Degree in Economy, Organizational Science, Psychology or similar
- Minimum 3 year of experience in telecommunication or highly dynamic business environment
- Experience in training adults and moderating large meetings
- Fluent in English
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Advanced PPT skills)
- Interest in global economic and technological trends
