Job Description:

We are expanding our team in Novi Beograd and looking for a motivated After-Hours Dispatcher / Track and Trace Specialist to join the strongest and fastest-growing young dispatch team in Serbia. You’ll work directly with U.S.-based trucking operations, ensuring smooth communication, tracking loads, and solving problems in real time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage after-hours dispatching and driver coordination.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle urgent driver issues, breakdowns, or delays.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Update internal systems with accurate PODs and status notes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch (Dry Van preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and make quick, logical decisions under pressure.
• Computer literacy (TMS knowledge is a plus).
• Dependable and available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must work on-site from our Novi Beograd office.
