Due to  the need to strengthen our client's sales team, we are searching for a proactive,  strong minded candidate, who will be ready to join the international team on the position of:

Area Sales Manager for construction materials

Vojvodina Region  (Ref. no. 8150)

Job requirements: Major activities would include performing sales and promotional activities to existing and prospective customers, developing sales network, demonstrating products and services addressing them to the customers needs, establishing, developing and maintaining good business relationship with buyers. The job would require regular field work, market research activities in order to follow the trends and answer the needs of clients, cooperation with investors, construction companies, contractors and designers. Besides this, our ideal candidate would be given independence at work and ability to express his/her creativity in finding new sales channels. The region of responsibility would be Vojvodina region and surrounding. S/He will report directly to country manager.

The successful candidate has university degree in civil/architecture engineering or other  technical university, several years of working experience or without experience but talented with fast learning capabilities,  knowledge of construction materials and construction market would be an asset, capability to adapt and work under pressure, possesses great initiative and proactive attitude and excellent communication & presentation skills, is a customer driven, dynamic person, interested in developing competences. S/he holds a driving license and is ready for a steady field work. Knowledge of English language is mandatory.
