Take charge of organizing and improving production processes, inspire your team, and ensure top-tier results in manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating daily activities of the assembly team
• Monitoring the production plan and ensuring achievement of goals in accordance with deadlines and quality standards
• Assigning tasks to workers, supervising their work, and providing technical support
• Controlling the quality of assembled products and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations
• Collaborating with logistics, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Onboarding new employees and providing training in accordance with company standards
• Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participating in budget planning and managing departmental costs
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental protection policies, and internal company rules
• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, Lean tools)
• Responsibility for the accuracy and timely updating of inventory records for materials and components on the assembly line, including consumption tracking, discrepancy identification, and implementation of corrective actions in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams

Your Profile:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
• Advanced English
• Reliability, responsibility, goal orientation, and result-driven mindset
• Proactive approach, decision-making ability, and leadership skills
• Desirable SAP knowledge
• Desirable Laser/Tampo print experience
