Attendance Specialist

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage employee attendance and working-time processes. The role ensures accurate and timely attendance data and provides reliable support for monthly payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, working hours, employee schedules, and clock-in/clock-out records.
• Identify and follow up on missing records, absences, lateness, early departures, and schedule mismatches.
• Review leave and overtime applications and verify the relevant approvals and supporting documents.
• Complete monthly attendance reconciliation and provide accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
• Prepare attendance reports, investigate payroll discrepancies, and support attendance system improvements.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and Serbian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR Operations, Attendance Management, Payroll Support, or a similar HR function.
• Manufacturing or large-workforce experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Good understanding of attendance, working-time, leave, overtime, and payroll input principles.
• Good English communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, confidentiality, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
